We seek to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Accounts Administrator to work within our busy banking team on a part-time basis, three days per week ( Tue, Wed, Thur or Fri – must be flexible on the working days to cover banking staff holidays/sick).

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Opening and closing of all accounts
- EFT payments, ABA Uploads
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Accounts Receivable, run Daily Bank Statements, allocate funds in MYOB
- Prepare and Lodge BAS Statements
- General administration duties
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:
- Mature Minded
- Good personal presentation
- Excellent phone manner
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Great organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and excellence
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Competent user in MYOB/INSOL6 (preferred by not essential)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
