Our Client Reporting team is part of our Property Management business line. The team has grown rapidly over the past few years with a variety of different financial experts, and now we are happy to announce that we are growing our team again.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Controller for a key role in the Client Accounting & Reporting team.
In this role, you will be a key player in building and developing Property Management’s financial services and with your expertise, ensure the service quality for all our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for your nominated client(s) and have the responsibility of towards client(s) of Property Management financial services. You will also coordinate the financial service aspects internally between Client Managers, Property Managers and with third party operators. You will also work closely with nominated Assistant Controller(s) and jointly ensure the timely reporting and quality service.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact to nominated client(s) in all financial matters relating to client property portfolio
- Client reporting responsibility of nominated clients (monthly, quarterly)
- Client related real estate budgeting process management
- Coordination of and guiding the CBRE Property Management financial service team and third party operators for nominated clients.
- Coaching nominated assistant controller(s)
What we are looking for?
- Suitable education is MSc (Econ.) or BBA and working experience in Real Estate industry
- Solid professional knowledge of Controlling and Accounting preferably in Real Estate industry
- Strong experience in accounting systems, understanding the digital environment in financial accounting and reporting
- Professional experience in a global business environment.
- Experience of application of IFRS related to Real Estate industry is an asset
- Interest in development and improving of processes
- A people person who likes to work in a team and support others
- Excellent communication skills and drive to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Professional fluency in English and Finnish
