Receptionist/Administrator [India]


 

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask efficiently. As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, therefore, it is important to greet guests and visitors warmly and ensure that they are properly attended to.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable • Manage the appointment schedule of clients, and keep the schedule organized • Maintain the office filing system and ensure that all paperwork is properly filed • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages • Ensure that office equipment such as printers and copiers are properly maintained and serviced • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation • Handle any customer complaints and inquiries • Keep updated records of office expenses and inventory • Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents
