- Coordinate everyday operation with Network make sure no delay action to execute based daily Data monitoring
- Monitoring and alerting more than 24 hour no update parcel in Hub and in transit
- Coordinate everyday operation with Hub and Transportation make sure no delay action to execute based daily Data monitoring. On time execute inbound, outbound, origin hub sorting, and destination hub.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/College level of any course
- With 1 year of experience in the Customer Service from Ecommerce/Express/Logistics industry is an advantage!
- Proficient verbal English communication skills
- Proven Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot) & PPT
- Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays
- Amenable to work on-site: Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave. McKinley West Taguig City
