Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and alerting more than 24 hour no update parcel in DC
  • Coordinate everyday operation with Network make sure no delay action to execute based daily Data monitoring

  • Monitoring and alerting more than 24 hour no update parcel in Hub and in transit
  • Coordinate everyday operation with Hub and Transportation make sure no delay action to execute based daily Data monitoring. On time execute inbound, outbound, origin hub sorting, and destination hub.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/College level of any course
  • With 1 year of experience in the Customer Service from Ecommerce/Express/Logistics industry is an advantage!
  • Proficient verbal English communication skills
  • Proven Analytical and Problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot) & PPT
  • Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays
  • Amenable to work on-site: Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave. McKinley West Taguig City
