Job Description: As an Immigration Law Specialist at Brigante, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and exceptional service to our clients in matters related to US immigration law. Reporting directly to the CEO and high-level management, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of immigration cases and maintaining the highest standards of quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Preferably has knowledge about US Immigration Law: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of US immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date counsel to clients. Training will also be provided.

Legal Case Review: Carefully examine and assess legal cases, identifying critical details, potential complications, and necessary actions to guide clients through the immigration process successfully.
Technical Editing: Review and edit legal documents, ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to legal standards.
Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all immigration-related documentation and services.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, government agencies, and internal team members effectively.
Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing clear explanations and guidance through phone calls and emails.
People Skills: Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating a strong sense of empathy and understanding.
Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Preferably experience in US immigration law, with a focus on technical aspects and legal case review.
- Proficient editing and attention to detail skills.
- Strong understanding of Good Moral Character requirements in immigration matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proven ability to interact professionally with clients in person and over the phone.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
