Scope of work:
- Support Manager to check the production department about the work plan, work progress requirements and manage people for efficient production.
- Support the Workshop Manager in implementing and controlling the work, to ensure the delivery, quality, productivity and cost goals of the Factory.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a production management position
- Fluent English with 4 skills (required)
- Skilled in managing workers and checking productivity in production
- Organizational skills, good communication with all levels/departments
