Job Description:
As a Marketing Officer, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services. You responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1) Conducting marketing research to identify target audience and their preferences.
2) Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase awareness within the community and drive as many as possible audiences towards the welfare programs offered by our organization.
3) Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters and marketing materials.
4) Building and maintaining relations ships with target audiences and stakeholders.
5) Analyzing marketing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6) Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1) Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with international exposure.
2) Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Ability to think creatively and strategically.
5) Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
6) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Additional Information:
· This is a full-time position.
· The working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
· There is a three-month probationary period.
· The Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
