Responsibilities:
- Handle restaurant reservations and enquiries
- Meet and greet guests in a professional manner
- Maintain and update daily record and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence properly
- Perform other administrative tasks such as typing menus, drafting letters and facsimiles of confirmation
- Prepare restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
- Assist Waiters/Waitresses for certain tasks during the service
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
- Initiative and Good Customer Service Skills
