What to Expect
  • The Norway PDC Operations team is responsible for the proper execution by the 3PL on receiving, storing, and shipping of parts to the Norwegian network and is key in providing high quality services to the customer.
  • The 3PL Operations Support Coordinator is a member of the team and works closely with them to ensure 3 PL DC operations are meeting and exceeding the agreed performance standards in her/his assigned area of responsibilities.
  • Where applicable, he/she is also responsible for the proper registration of work done into our company system(s) and for creating relevant reports to assist management.
  • He/ She cooperates closely with in- and external stakeholders, including supporting other distribution sites in EMEA when it is needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitors KPI’s and 3PL activities in assigned area of responsibilities
  • Identifies and creates opportunities to improve on performance standards and reduction of costs.
  • Works closely with the Tesla internal & 3PL functional departments to ensure KPI’s on in – and/or outbound, inventory, packaging , reporting and/or communication are fulfilled
  • Supports complaint handling process regarding operations performed by the 3PL
  • Addresses and ensures immediate action and resolution on discrepancies and performance issues with 3PL on daily operations.
  • Effectively handles multiple priorities, organizes workload, and meets deadlines.
  • Escalates functional and process failures to the Associate Manager 3PL FSL Operations
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience with 3PL warehouse operations in a complex and dynamic, preferably automotive, service parts distribution environment.
  • Experience with performance (KPI’s) measuring, SOP’s and solution processes.
  • Ability/ insight to set the right priorities to ensure efficient and on-going operations
  • Working with international stakeholders in a global operating environment
  • Spacious users knowledge of a warehouse management system
  • Good knowledge of global warehouse and supply chain processes
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written (English / Norwegian)
